You'll receive an initial, no-obligation quotation for your project based on the information we have at that time. If this is what you're looking for, then we'll move to a full design and detailed plan for the project, and from this, you'll receive a fully itemized and price-guaranteed quotation. Every quote clearly shows EVERYTHING you'll be asked to pay and a FULL list of everything you will receive.

Talk to our customers whenever possible, we arrange either a call or site visit with one of our previous customers to give you a little more peace of mind.

Every project upon completion receives a 10-year guarantee for all structural components, and a 1-year warranty for all other delivered components, providing you with peace of mind for all our building projects.

Unfortunately, the building industry is renowned for not being fully open when it comes to costs. We want to break that norm, and we seek to be 100% transparent from start to finish. We know sometimes this makes us look initially more expensive than others, but we'd rather tell you everything, and you can choose the best option for you and your budget.

We have our own dedicated and ever-growing full-time team. All the team members are covered by our insurance whenever they work in your home. We also have some amazing helpers who work with us on many of our projects, all of whom are niche specialists in what they do. Together, we are just one strong family.

Not only are we a family-run business, but we believe we are one big family as a team. Our strength is not just our experience and commitment; we work with family values when completing our projects.

We never ask for money upfront, and that's how it should be. Instead, you'll be requested to make staged payments during the project at set points, and final payment upon completion – typically 3 payments in total. The final payment will not be requested until the project is completed, you have full sign-off, and you're 100% happy. We believe that is how all builders should work.
